Are you in need of sanitation supplies?

In partnership with Kids Above All we provide additional sanitary items to teachers and schools in need. Please indicate the number for each item you are requesting and someone from Kids Above All will be in contact with you. You must have a CPS email address to qualify. Although we aim to provide for everyone in need, not all requests can be fulfilled, so please only submit one request per school year.
