Serving the Most Underserved – One Classroom at a Time
Every year, Chicago Public School teachers dig into their own pockets to provide essential classroom supplies for their students. In underserved communities, where resources are stretched thin, this burden is even heavier. That’s where Art of Giving Foundation steps in.
Through our CPS Supply Drive, we’ve proudly supported over 2,000 classrooms, reaching more than 400 teachers and impacting the lives of 65,000 students across Chicago.

This initiative goes far beyond pencils and paper. By providing critical supplies, we:

Businesses – Sponsor a Teacher
Register your workplace to collect supplies for a classroom in need. Whether you’re a local shop or a large corporation, you can directly impact a CPS teacher and their students. We’ll match you with a classroom and provide everything you need to get started.

Community Members – Drop Off Supplies at Gallery AOG
You can also contribute by dropping off new and lightly used school supplies. Location will be announced in May 2026.
Deadline: August 7th, 2026
Items needed: Composition notebooks, #2 pencils, crayons, colored pencils, markers, liquid glue and glue sticks, acrylic paint, paint brushes, 8″x10″ canvases, construction paper, disinfectant wipes, scissors, tissues, hand sanitizer, and more.
